VEGA-systems manufactures laundry equipment and also uses in home experience to work as a laundry consultant for many major laundry groups. As a consultant we desig complete laundry plants for different market areas and select the right technology and selection of level of automation and investments for different market areas. In our consultant project we are working closely together with our customers and with all the main groups of laundry manufacturers.
In our main factory we have 5000 square meters for assembling all machinery; in our storage we have another 750 square meters. We are concentrating only on designing of laundry equipment, all on Autocad systems.

Manufacturing (productionprocess/-method)
All wiring diagrams are designed on E-plan for all switchboxes and control panels. Software is done by our software specialists on Mitsubishi, Sigmatek, Philips and B&R. Parts are subcontract out to several of our business partners as they have all specialized manufacturing facilities in house. After all our metal sheets are laser cut, bend and welded, they are powder painted.

Quality check
After all parts are manufactured and powder painted they come to VEGA-systems where all parts are quality checked before our experienced engineers are assembling all parts together until a complete machine is finished mechanically. After this all wiring will be done to the switchboxes and control panels. Each individual machine is build regarding CE-conformation and completely tested before leaving the factory. VEGA-systems also organizex trainings for laundry engineers. These trainings can be organized at VEGA-systems or at the laundry depending on the customer’s request.
